We are Raúl Puivecino and Javier Viñuales. We bring together padel expertise and technology with one conviction: the application should serve the club, its coaches and its players. They take centre stage.

Raúl has worked in padel as an entrepreneur, club manager and national and international tournament referee. That experience helps him look beyond a screen to understand how a request affects the club manager, coach and player. At MiP, he leads club relationships and product development.

Technology, development and support
Javier is a systems and network administrator and develops MiP. His responsibilities cover the application, infrastructure, testing and support: from turning a club’s need into a feature to maintaining and improving it after release. Product and technology work directly together.

A shared story · 2018
We share padel as players and teammates. In 2018 we were Copa de Aragón team runners-up: our team, which competed in the third category, reached the men’s open final.
That experience is part of how we understand a club: preparing for matches, coordinating the team and keeping work on court connected.

We started with a need we recognised in clubs: connecting the organisation of the school with coaches’ work and player development. In approximately one year, that idea became an application published on the App Store and Google Play.
Your club takes centre stage. MiP is the tool.
Since then, we have released updates and added features so each club can make the application its own: its name, crest, colours and tools to support its everyday work. We want coaches and players to experience it as their club’s app.
