Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of MiP, software for managing padel clubs, coaches and players. Using the platform means accepting these terms.

2. Users and accounts

The platform is intended for sports clubs, coaches and players. Users must provide accurate information and keep their credentials confidential. Clubs may manage coaches and players within their organisation.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Do not access third-party accounts.
• Do not introduce malware or malicious code.
• Do not use chat for offensive, illegal or abusive content.
• Do not infringe third-party rights.

4. User content and intellectual property

Users are responsible for the information and messages they add. The software, design, code and logos belong to MiP or authorised third parties and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Availability and liability

MiP may be interrupted for maintenance, technical reasons or improvements and does not guarantee continuous availability. MiP is not responsible for user-generated content, decisions made by clubs or losses caused by misuse.

6. Suspension and law

MiP may suspend accounts that breach these terms. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
