2. Data we process

• Name and surname
• Email and optional phone number
• Club, role, groups and sessions
• Attendance and basic activity history
• Messages sent through internal chat
• Date and, where recorded, version of accepted terms
• Report and block identifiers, affected content, reasons, dates, necessary context and moderation decisions
• Information submitted through contact or demo forms
• Technical access, error and performance records

3. Purposes

• Manage registration and authentication
• Link users with their club
• Manage groups, classes, sessions and training
• Record attendance and enable communication
• Answer information, contact and demo requests
• Improve the service and user experience
• Filter objectionable content, process reports and blocks, notify the MiP team of blocking-related incidents and prevent abuse

4. Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on consent, performance of a contract or pre-contract, and legitimate interest where applicable, including protecting users, preventing abuse and managing reports and blocks while balancing user rights and freedoms. Data is retained while the relationship is active or for the periods required by law, after which it may be deleted or anonymised. Reports and moderation evidence are retained only as necessary to resolve incidents and reviews. Further retention is limited to what is necessary for legal obligations or legal claims, with restricted access; reporting alone does not justify indefinite retention.

5. Providers and security

MiP may use Supabase, hosting and other technical providers acting under instructions. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Authorised MiP staff may review reported or potentially violating content and the context necessary to resolve the incident.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or objection by emailing info@mipapp.net. You may initiate account deletion in the app through Account and privacy → Danger zone → Delete my account, or use the account deletion form.
