4. Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on consent, performance of a contract or pre-contract, and legitimate interest where applicable. Data is retained while the relationship is active or for the periods required by law, after which it may be deleted or anonymised.

5. Providers and security

MiP may use Supabase, hosting and other technical providers acting under instructions. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or objection by emailing info@mipapp.net. You may also use the account deletion form.
