Why MiP was born

A platform built from inside padel to organise, connect and professionalise everyday management.

The starting point

Managing a padel club should not mean chasing messages, checking spreadsheets and looking for information across different channels. Yet that is common for many clubs, coaches and players.

Schedules, groups, attendance, training, exercises, communication and tournaments are part of everyday work. When these tasks are not connected, they consume time, create errors and take attention away from what matters most: sport and people.

We saw a clear opportunity to create a solution that truly addressed these needs from real day-to-day experience.

A shared vision

MiP grew from knowing padel from the inside and seeing needs repeated in daily operations. The goal is not to add another tool, but to bring together the information each profile needs.

The club keeps a global view of its activity, the coach can organise and track their work, and the player stays connected to classes, attendance and progress.

What is MiP?

MiP is a technology platform for sports management and training. Padel is its starting point, connecting clubs, coaches and players to organise groups, sessions, attendance, exercises, communication and sports tracking.

The goal is to make daily management simpler and support better decisions without losing sight of the people who make up the club.

More than an app

MiP is not just a mobile application. It aims to create a shared foundation for sports operations, with a coherent experience for different roles and room to evolve alongside clubs.

Digital tools are useful when they reduce friction. That is why our focus is connecting processes that are normally scattered and turning information into something useful for everyday work.

Looking ahead

Padel is the starting point because it is the sport we know from within. From that experience, our vision is to build a technology foundation that can progressively adapt to new sports and organisational models.

We are building MiP around a simple idea: organise better, train better and help clubs, professionals and players focus more on sport.
